
Saydee Longhurst
Saydee Longhurst is finishing her M.S. in Agricultural Extension & Education at Utah State University.
Raised on her family’s wheat and alfalfa farm in Southeast Idaho, she developed a strong work ethic and passion for agriculture. In high school, she launched Cleo’s Cuttings, a hay bale business that’s supported her education for over a decade. As a graduate assistant in USU’s ASTE Department, Saydee focuses on agricultural literacy and enjoys working with students. She completed student teaching in Rigby, Idaho, and Milan, Italy.
A first-generation college student, Saydee values the opportunity to pursue higher education and is committed to helping others understand agriculture’s essential role in society.
